Which of the 148 open CSS color names is nearest to your color, by the color difference ΔE76 or ΔE2000.

How it is calculated
Your color and each of the 148 CSS named colors are turned into Lab (D65), and the one with the smallest ΔE is taken. Equal values (grey and gray, aqua and cyan) are offered once.
ΔE76 is the distance in Lab. ΔE2000 allows for how the eye sees and is more accurate. The Ukrainian names translate the open CSS names.

Worked example
#FF4500 matches the name “orangered”: ΔE = 0.
#FE0204 is nearest to “red” with a ΔE2000 of about 1: the difference is hardly seen.
An estimate: the name is the nearest of the 148 ready CSS colors, not your exact color; on a screen it depends on the monitor.
